CAB support

Clear answers.
A simpler next step.

Choose the service you need. Transport, buying and selling follow separate processes.

What does CAB transport?

Cars, SUVs, pickups, vans, RVs, commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles and equipment. Request a plan for your route and load.

Is a quote a booking?

No. CAB confirms the written service, total and scheduling before a booking is created.

What does Buy It Now do?

It identifies the vehicle, collects your delivery details, calculates an initial shipping estimate and sends a purchase request. CAB confirms availability and the written transaction before any payment.

Who owns the vehicles for sale?

The sellers own them. CAB holds the approved vehicles in custody and intermediates the sale.

When is transport released?

After the buyer provides the bank receipt and CAB verifies that the funds actually arrived in the trust account.

What happens if I return the vehicle?

Reject in writing within 10 calendar days. CAB collects it and checks its condition at your address. For a qualifying return, CAB initiates the refund of vehicle and initial shipping amounts paid at pickup after the check.

How does the Tiffin seller credit work?

The 2011 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40 QXP seller includes 500 delivery miles. The purchase calculator applies the credit automatically and shows any remaining shipping charge.

Are there inspection or collection fees?

No. CAB charges no inspection, collection or program-withdrawal fee. The agreed commission is retained only after a completed sale.

Is the 500-mile reward the same as the Tiffin credit?

No. The earned reward is for the next eligible transport-only order after your first completed, paid transport. The Tiffin credit is provided by its seller for that vehicle’s delivery.
