Before the appointment

Confirm the pickup contact, access and timing. Remove personal items as instructed, secure loose parts and accessories, note leaks or loading concerns, and prepare the keys and required documents.

Record condition

Keep dated photographs. Check the handover record, readings and delivered items at pickup and delivery, and note concerns before signing the condition record.

Specialist loads

Confirm dimensions, weight, tie-down and loading needs. For RVs, boats and trailers, secure equipment and follow the agreed tank, battery, hitch and trailer preparation instructions.
