Vehicle Transport Terms
These terms cover transport-only bookings. Vehicle purchases and the 10-day trial follow the separate Sales & Return Terms.
Quotes and bookings
A request or calculator result is an estimate, not a booking. CAB confirms the route, vehicle, equipment, timing, total price, payment and cancellation conditions in writing before booking. Tell us about vehicle condition, modifications, dimensions, leaks and access requirements.
Pickup and delivery
Prepare the vehicle under the confirmed instructions. Condition, readings, keys and delivered items are recorded at each handover. Report concerns at delivery and retain photographs and the shipment record. Dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in your booking.
Service and coverage
Depending on the pickup or delivery location and service requirements, CAB TRANSPORT LLC may use other carriers or independent service providers. CAB confirms the actual transport arrangements and coverage in the shipment documents. Coverage limits and exclusions follow those documents and applicable law; transport registration is not a promise of unlimited coverage.
Changes cancellations and claims
Contact CAB promptly about changes or cancellation. Charges and refunds follow the accepted booking terms and applicable law. No fee is added without disclosure. Any damage or service claim should identify the shipment, relevant handover records and supporting evidence. Mandatory rights remain available.
500-mile next-order reward
A completed, fully paid first transport-only order earns the separate next-order voucher, subject to the 500-mile reward terms. A vehicle purchase or seller commission alone does not earn that reward. A seller delivery credit on a listing is a different benefit.
