Sell your vehicle.
We handle the details.

Busy schedule, or simply prefer someone else to handle the sale? CAB coordinates your sale online and arranges physical collection, custody, inspection, and delivery through contracted companies or independent operators.

Physical custody Inspection before listing Documents reviewed by analysts
From the first inquiry to settlement

Six stages.
A documented process.

Vehicle checks and document review happen before listing. The seller agreement and transaction instructions establish how the sale, custody, delivery, and funds are handled.

01

Start with your vehicle.

Send the vehicle details and current location. We discuss your requirements and document the service scope, sales authority, pricing process, and vehicle-specific commission.

02

Documented collection and custody.

After written agreement, CAB confirms the contracted company or independent operator and the actual collection and custody arrangements. The handover records condition, keys, accessories, documents, and responsibility.

03

Inspection and analyst review.

CAB arranges the detailed vehicle inspection before listing. Our analysts review the ownership and supporting documents. Any issues requiring follow-up are addressed before the vehicle is offered for sale.

04

Listing and sale coordination.

CAB handles the listing and buyer discussions within the agreed authority. The sale documents identify the vehicle, price, findings, and conditions agreed for the transaction.

05

Buyer funds held by CAB.

For a transaction accepted into the escrow program, CAB receives and holds the buyer’s funds under written transaction instructions. CAB is identified as the fund holder in those instructions; this is not a claim that an unrelated independent escrow company holds the money. Those instructions define payment, safeguarding, and release or refund conditions.

06

Delivery, inspection, and decision.

Every new vehicle purchase includes the written 10-day money-back guarantee. The buyer inspects and tests after delivery while the agreed purchase funds stay held. Written acceptance leads to seller settlement. Timely rejection leads to pickup, return verification, and a qualifying refund.

Before a listing goes live

The vehicle.
The documents.
The details.

CAB arranges a detailed inspection through the appropriate appointed personnel or provider to assess the vehicle’s condition and operation. Our analysts collect and review the sale documents to identify questions that need to be resolved.

The review helps determine what must be corrected, clarified, or disclosed before listing. Inspection findings and any specific condition or warranty commitments belong in the sale documents.

What the review addresses

  • Vehicle identity, condition, and operation.
  • Ownership and authority to offer the vehicle for sale.
  • Completeness and consistency of supporting documents.
  • Known issues requiring clarification or disclosure.
Commission & funds

Terms for
your transaction.

The commission differs from one vehicle to another. CAB agrees it with the seller and records it with the service scope and any additional agreed costs.

For an owner-consigned sale, CAB holds buyer funds under written escrow instructions. Every new vehicle purchase arranged through CAB includes the written 10-day money-back guarantee from delivery. Explicit written acceptance permits settlement. A timely rejection starts return collection and verification before a qualifying refund. CAB’s seller services and commission are disclosed as part of the arrangement.

Before collection or payment

Your written agreement should make these clear.

  • Authority to list, negotiate, and complete a sale.
  • Vehicle-specific commission and agreed charges.
  • Custody, insurance, inspection, and document handling.
  • Payment, fund safeguarding, delivery, and release conditions.
  • Withdrawal, an unsold vehicle, rejection, refunds, and disputes.

Start a seller inquiry
How much is the sales commission?
The commission varies by vehicle. The written seller agreement records the commission and any agreed additional charges. Contact CAB with the vehicle details for an individual proposal.
Who holds the buyer’s funds?
For owner-consigned sales, CAB holds cleared purchase funds in escrow during delivery and inspection. If CAB is the named seller, the agreement explains the actual purchase-fund holding arrangement and does not describe CAB as an independent escrow agent in its own sale. The same 10-day money-back guarantee applies, with the purchase funds held pending the documented decision and return or closing requirements. Read the funds arrangements.
When do the 10 inspection days begin?
The 10 calendar days begin at the documented delivery date and time. The period ends at the corresponding local time 10 calendar days later. CAB records the delivery-location time zone and exact deadline in the delivery confirmation. Read the deadline rule.
Does silence or the end of day 10 release my money?
No. Expiry of the period and a delivery receipt are not automatic purchase acceptance. CAB needs explicit written acceptance and the agreed closing requirements, or another valid written or lawful instruction for disbursement. If no decision arrives, testing ends and CAB contacts the parties for resolution.
When will I receive a refund after rejecting the vehicle?
For a qualifying return under the 10-day money-back guarantee, CAB arranges collection, verifies condition and completeness against the delivery record, and initiates the full vehicle purchase-price refund from the held purchase funds by the next business day after confirmation. Bank receipt may take longer. A timely written rejection stops seller settlement. Read the guarantee conditions.
