500-Mile Voucher Terms
Earn up to 500 base transport miles for your next eligible order after your first completed, paid CAB shipment.

1. The offer
Complete your first paid vehicle transport booked directly with CAB TRANSPORT LLC and receive one voucher for up to 500 base transport miles on your next eligible order. The first transport must be delivered and its transport charges paid in full. A quote, cancelled order, vehicle purchase, escrow deposit, or seller commission alone does not earn the voucher. There is no requirement to leave a review, enroll in marketing, or refer another customer.
2. Issuance and validity
CAB issues a unique voucher reference by email after verifying the first completed, fully paid transport. It is valid for 12 months from its issue date; the next eligible booking must be confirmed before the recorded expiration date. The issue date, expiration date, eligible customer, and first shipment reference appear in CAB’s voucher record. 3. Eligible next order
Redeem once for one running, factory-standard passenger car, such as a sedan, coupe, or hatchback, using open transport between locations in the contiguous 48 United States. There is no minimum route length. SUVs, pickups, vans, motorcycles, RVs, boats, nonrunning or modified vehicles, oversized loads, enclosed transport, and international or offshore routes require separate pricing and are outside this voucher offer. If the very next order is outside this scope, the voucher remains available for the next eligible order within its validity period.
4. How the miles become a discount
The discount equals the agreed eligible base transport charge multiplied by the lesser of 500 or the confirmed route miles, divided by the confirmed route miles. The base charge includes ordinary fuel, tolls, pickup, and delivery for the eligible standard move. CAB shows the normal base price, confirmed road miles, voucher credit, any separately agreed extras, and remaining total in writing before booking. The normal base price is not increased because a voucher is used. For an eligible route of 500 miles or less, the voucher covers the entire base transport charge. For a longer route, the base charge for miles beyond 500 remains payable.
5. Other charges and examples
Optional or exceptional services, such as expedited scheduling, storage, special loading, or access arrangements, and any applicable separately itemized taxes remain payable if agreed before booking. CAB does not add a voucher administration or redemption fee. Example: if an eligible 1,500-mile move has a confirmed base charge of $1,200, the voucher credit is $800 and the remaining base transport charge is $400. This example illustrates the calculation and is not a quoted route price.
6. Redeeming your voucher
Give CAB the voucher reference before confirming the eligible order. CAB checks the issuing record and customer identity through its normal booking process and records the credit on the written quote. The calculator’s checkbox only previews potential savings and does not validate or redeem a voucher. The offer is limited to one earned voucher per customer and one redemption for one vehicle. It has no cash value, is nontransferable, cannot be sold, and cannot be combined with another CAB discount unless confirmed in writing. Unused mileage does not carry over.
7. Cancellations and changes
If the second shipment is cancelled before pickup without transport being performed, CAB restores the voucher with its original expiry date; CAB extends that date if CAB’s own cancellation would otherwise prevent reasonable rebooking. Any separately agreed cancellation charges remain subject to the booking terms. After pickup or partial performance, any credit, cancellation, or reissue is addressed in writing based on the service actually performed and applicable rights. If the original paid shipment is later fully refunded, an unused voucher from that shipment is cancelled. An already confirmed second booking is not retroactively repriced under this clause.
8. Offer records and updates
Vouchers issued before this 500-mile update remain governed by their original written terms, including any previously issued 1,000-mile benefit. CAB honors credits in confirmed bookings under the applicable written offer. Prospective changes to this promotion do not reduce an already issued voucher. A seller-applied delivery voucher on a specific vehicle is a separate offer shown on that listing and must be confirmed in the written delivery quote.
