CAB operates online and coordinates physical services through contracted companies or independent operators. CAB confirms the actual provider, service, handover instructions, and custody location where applicable for each order. The Sumner contact address is not a walk-in showroom or public collection point. Proposed reference metros on Regional Coverage describe planning geography, not verified depot addresses, company-owned branches, or guaranteed service boundaries. Do not visit a location without direct CAB confirmation.

The purchase agreement names the seller of record, CAB’s actual role, funds arrangement, and return terms before funding. A consigned owner remains the seller. Where CAB is the seller, CAB is not an independent escrow agent in its own sale. This purchase guarantee does not apply to a transport-only order or change the separate voucher terms.
The calculator gives planning figures for the stated scope and entered road miles, not a routed or binding quote. Published inventory must be confirmed individually and does not reserve a vehicle. Tracking shows CAB-recorded milestones, not continuous GPS or proof of escrow acceptance. Keep access codes confidential. The 500-mile voucher terms govern issuance, eligibility, validity, credit calculation, and redemption.

The written booking documents and any applicable shipment agreement or bill of lading address the actual transportation service, including pricing, payment, scheduling, changes, cancellation, and applicable coverage. These website terms do not create a contract of carriage or replace those documents.
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share. Tell us about nonrunning condition, modifications, dimensions, low ground clearance, leaks, and special loading or handling needs. Changes or incomplete information may require a revised review or quote. Do not submit payment card information, Social Security numbers, identification documents, or vehicle ownership documents through this form.
Pickup and delivery timing, locations, truck access, vehicle preparation, and any personal item allowance must be confirmed for the individual shipment. Website descriptions are general information. Any specific commitment must be included in the applicable shipment documents.
