2. Information you choose to provide
A transport or seller inquiry includes your name, email, phone number, vehicle location, timing, vehicle details, and notes. Seller inquiries also include your relationship to the vehicle, general document status, and whether a vehicle is already listed or has a prospective buyer. The public form does not accept document uploads or request bank details, payment card information, Social Security numbers, identification documents, or ownership document numbers.
3. How information is used
We use information to assess transport and seller inquiries, respond to questions, discuss service scope, availability, commission, and pricing, coordinate requested services, maintain necessary business records, and protect the website from misuse. An inquiry does not enroll you in a promotional mailing or automated text program.
4. Contact, shipment tracking, inventory, and vouchers
The contact form collects a topic, name, email, required phone number, street address, city, state, ZIP code, an optional reference, and message to route your question to CAB. A tracking lookup sends the shipment reference and private code to CAB; the code is not put in a page URL or stored by this site in browser local storage. Private server records contain shipment references, city/state route information, short vehicle descriptions, CAB updates, and a cryptographic hash of each tracking code. Voucher records use internal customer and shipment references with issuance, expiration, and redemption history. Inventory records include only vehicle information authorized for publication. CAB staff manage these records through a separate authenticated panel.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. CAB shares the vehicle, contact, route, access, appointment, condition, and custody information needed by the company or independent operator assigned to the agreed transport, inspection, storage, delivery, or return task. CAB confirms the assigned provider and relevant arrangements for the order. A transport or storage assignment does not by itself authorize access to banking details or identity documents. Any additional transaction-document disclosure requires the appropriate purpose and authority. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed for security or legal requests.
6. Technical information and essential cookies
Hosting may log IP addresses, page requests, browser details, and access times. Form protection and the private management panel use essential session cookies; they are not advertising cookies. Abuse protection stores hashed network identifiers and timestamps, with expired rate-limit records removed after 24 hours as endpoints are used. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted until you choose to send a quote request. Tracking codes are sent in a POST body rather than a query string. Keep codes confidential on shared devices and clear the shipment display when finished.
7. Analytics and external websites
This website does not load advertising pixels, third-party analytics, embedded maps, or social media widgets. If you request automatic road mileage, CAB sends the pickup and delivery ZIP codes to Google Routes API from the server. If you explicitly click “Use my current location” and grant browser permission, your browser sends GPS coordinates to CAB’s server only to obtain an approximate pickup ZIP from Google Geocoding API. The calculator does not save those precise coordinates in customer inquiries. Google may process the lookup under its privacy terms. You can deny permission and enter the ZIP or road miles manually. It serves its fonts and assets from the website itself. If you follow a Facebook, map, or other external link, that provider’s privacy practices apply.
8. Storage, retention, and security
The server saves submitted inquiries to a private request log. When configured and available, CAB also sends a team notification and an email acknowledgement to the address provided. The website stores inquiries and lead status privately on the server outside the public website. Authorized CAB staff use these records to review and respond to requests. Messages and related business records may be retained as needed to respond, provide requested services, meet recordkeeping obligations, and address disputes. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own operational records. We use measures intended to protect submissions, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Program documents and transaction information
For a seller or escrow transaction, CAB collects and reviews the ownership and supporting documents and information needed for the agreed service. This can include custody and delivery records, inspection findings, acceptance or rejection notices, return condition records, sale documents, and refund or settlement records. CAB explains document submission, any necessary recipients, and relevant handling arrangements during onboarding. This public website form does not process payments, operate a customer document portal, or store uploaded documents.

We may need information to verify your request and may retain records where required or permitted by applicable obligations. You can choose to call or email instead of using the website form.
