01 / REQUEST

Tell us about the move.

Share your route, vehicle, and preferred timing. Include any details that may affect loading or access.

02 / CONFIRM

Review your transport plan.

We discuss availability, pricing, and shipment terms. Your booking starts after CAB confirms the details and assigned provider.

03 / TRANSPORT

Prepare. Inspect. Receive.

Follow the confirmed appointment and provider instructions. Record condition at pickup and delivery. For a vehicle purchase, a delivery receipt is not final purchase acceptance.

Before you confirm

A clear conversation
before the move.

Use your quote review to ask about the details below. Keep your written confirmation and shipment documents for reference.

01

Route & access

Confirm the pickup and delivery locations, who will release and receive the vehicle, and whether the truck can safely reach both sites.

02

Vehicle & equipment

Describe condition, modifications, dimensions, low clearance, and special handling. Discuss any open or enclosed equipment preference.

03

Price & shipment terms

Review the quoted amount, payment arrangements, cancellation or change conditions, and applicable coverage before booking.

04

Pickup & delivery

Confirm the scheduling expectations. Review the vehicle condition report or bill of lading at pickup and delivery.

Get ready for pickup.

Remove valuables, document the vehicle’s condition, and make sure keys and access instructions are ready. A few preparation steps make the handover easier to review.

Keep these documents together

  • Your written quote and booking confirmation.
  • Any shipment agreement and coverage information.
  • Pickup and delivery contact details.
  • Photos and the vehicle condition report or bill of lading.
Buying a CAB-listed vehicle

How the purchase and funds program works.

Transport-only orders are separate. For a vehicle purchase, review the specific seller, price, custody arrangements, inspection report, payment recipient and written terms before funding.

1. Review before listing

CAB coordinates a condition check and reviews ownership and supporting documents before publishing. Ask to see the findings and known issues for your exact vehicle.

2. Written agreement and funds

Before payment, you receive the purchase terms, the seller of record, the party receiving and holding funds, and the release and refund instructions. When CAB holds funds under its own program, CAB is the stated funds holder, not an independent third-party escrow company.

3. Delivery and 10-day inspection

Delivery is arranged through the confirmed provider. You have 10 calendar days from documented delivery to inspect, test and decide, within the written use limits: 250 road miles or 25 equipment hours, as applicable.

4. Acceptance or return

If you accept in writing, CAB follows the settlement instructions. If you reject within the period, collection and condition checks are arranged. A qualifying purchase-price refund follows the documented return process.

Know who is holding your money. The written agreement must identify the seller, CAB's role, recipient account, funds handling, seller release conditions and refund timing. Do not rely on a website badge alone. Request documents and payment details through confirmed CAB contact channels before sending funds.
